We are delighted to welcome you to the holiday home Colina Kall, marketed under the relax.casa brand. To ensure a pleasant stay for you and our future guests, please observe the following rules.

The essentials at a glance

• Check-in from 4:00 p.m., check-out by 11:00 a.m.
• Quiet hours: 10:00 p.m.–8:00 a.m., please be considerate of neighbours.
• Smoking (including e-cigarettes) is not permitted anywhere inside the property.
• Maximum 4 persons as per booking.
• Sauna and whirlpool: use at your own risk, please observe the on-site safety instructions.
• Dogs are welcome, but are not allowed on seating furniture or beds, indoors or outdoors.

1. Arrival and departure

Check-in: from 4:00 p.m. · Check-out: by 11:00 a.m.

Access is via the key box. The access code and location will be sent to you before arrival by WhatsApp, SMS or email. Please return the key to the agreed location upon departure.

2. Occupancy

The property accommodates a maximum of 4 persons. Additional overnight guests or visitors must be arranged with the Landlord in advance.

3. Events and parties

This holiday home is intended for rest and relaxation. Events and parties of any kind are not permitted.

4. Quiet hours

Between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. please keep noise to a minimum, especially outdoors, out of consideration for the neighbourhood.

5. Smoking

Smoking — including e-cigarettes, vaping and similar vapouriser devices — is not permitted anywhere inside the property. Outdoors, please use the ashtrays provided. In case of a violation of the smoking ban, we will charge the actual costs incurred for the necessary special cleaning.

6. Sauna and whirlpool

• The whirlpool water is completely replaced with every guest change.
• Use is at your own responsibility and risk; please observe the operating and safety instructions posted on site.
• Children may only use these facilities under constant adult supervision.
• Please shower before using the sauna and whirlpool.
• Please consult a doctor before use if you have any health conditions (e.g. cardiovascular conditions, pregnancy).
• After use, please switch off / cover the facilities correctly according to the on-site instructions.

7. Wi-Fi use

The Wi-Fi provided is intended for ordinary private internet use (e.g. browsing, email). Illegal downloads or access to unlawful content, including uploading or downloading copyrighted files without appropriate authorisation, is prohibited and may result in criminal consequences as well as the Guest's liability for any resulting damage.

8. Care of the property

• Please treat furniture, appliances and fittings with care.
• Please report damage or defects immediately via WhatsApp, SMS (+49 176 288 40 299) or email ( hallo [at] relax.casa ).
• Please do not rearrange furniture or move it outdoors without consultation.

9. Dogs

Dogs are warmly welcome here. Please let us know when booking how many dogs will be travelling with you. Dogs are not allowed on seating furniture or beds, indoors or outdoors. Please pick up dog waste on the property promptly and dispose of it properly. If a dog necessitates special cleaning, the actual costs incurred will be charged to the Guest.

10. Waste and recycling

Please separate your waste according to the bins provided on site (residual, organic, paper and packaging waste).

11. Parking

One parking space for one vehicle is available on the property. Please use only the designated parking area.

12. Safety and keys

• Please always lock doors and close windows when leaving the house.
• Smoke detectors and escape routes must not be covered or tampered with.
• The first-aid kit is in the kitchen, in the cleaning cupboard by the window.
• In an emergency, please call 112 (fire/ambulance) or 110 (police).
• Please handle the key or access code provided with care. In case of loss of the key, the actual costs incurred for a replacement key or, if necessary, a lock replacement will be charged to the Guest.

13. Photos and social media

When publishing photos or videos taken at the property on social media, please respect the privacy of subsequent guests and neighbours. Commercial photo and video shoots on the property generally require the Landlord's prior written permission.
