Your time out begins the moment you close the door behind you. From then on, 80 m² of living space, a 400 m² garden and your own 30 m² spa area belong to you alone – nothing shared, no strangers around, no time slots.
The whole house is yours – all 110 m² including the private spa area, plus the entire fenced garden with both terraces and the hot tub. None of it is shared: not with other guests, and not with us.
There's room for up to four people in two separate bedrooms. You can arrive any time from 4:00 p.m., with no handover appointment – we'll send you the key box code in advance by WhatsApp or email. Check-out is by 11:00 a.m.

Your private spa
A built-in Finnish sauna, two lounge chairs to unwind in, an open shower and a toilet of its own – completely separate from the main bathroom. You just walk in, whenever you feel like it.
And when the evening turns cool, your own heated hot tub is waiting outside under the open sky. The water is changed between every stay, and sauna towels are provided.

Two terraces, two moods: one with the hot tub and lounge seating for long evenings, one with a dining table for meals together in the evening sun. All around, 400 m² of green garden, fully enclosed by a 1.8 m fence – your dog can run free here while you put your feet up and enjoy the privacy.

Feeling at home indoors
Two bedrooms with box spring beds "Made in Germany" (180 cm & 160 cm) for really good sleep. The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired, and in the main bathroom a second shower and high-quality toiletries are waiting for you.
A washer-dryer and dishwasher take care of everyday chores – we take care of the rest with the final cleaning. In the evening, a smart TV, a Bluetooth speaker and board games set the mood.
Beds freshly made, hotel-quality towels, sauna towels and a soft XL bathrobe are all ready for you – even towels for your dog. Everything's ready: all you have to do is arrive – the Secco is already waiting.

About us
Your hosts – Nicole & Ralph
We're Nicole and Ralph, at home in Cologne. Unashamed lovers of the good things: proper food, a nice glass to go with it, and time as a couple without a schedule breathing down our necks. Preferably somewhere quiet.
And since a day like that only feels complete with a sauna and a hot tub, wellness is never just an add-on for us.
Always along for the ride: our dog Cava. When it comes to feeling comfortable, her standards are at least as clear as ours.
How your stay works
Your time out should be exactly that – which is why we deliberately stay in the background. No doorbell, no handover, no small talk on the doorstep.
Everything you need reaches you automatically: the address and all the key details before you arrive, and the key box code once you've completed the online check-in. Inside the house you'll find short, easy-to-follow instructions for the sauna, the hot tub and the Wi-Fi.
And if something does come up, we're easy to reach: just message us – usually you'll hear back within a few hours. A question about the sauna, a tip for your next hike, a dinner recommendation: get in touch any time.

Is the entire place yours alone?

Contactless, via a key box, from 4:00 p.m. and with no handover appointment. 7–14 days before arrival, you'll need to verify an ID document as part of check-in. Check-out is by 11:00 a.m. You'll receive everything you need before you arrive.
Is the holiday home wheelchair accessible?
No. Due to the building's structure, relax.casa Colina Kall is not wheelchair accessible – access to the house is via a longer flight of stairs.

relax.casa sits at the edge of Kall-Rüth in the quiet Eifel region. The Eifel National Park practically starts on your doorstep; Cologne is about 75 km away, Aachen about 42 km. Hiking trails start right at the door.
